Our Stat line of ESD foams are permanent static dissipative polyurethane materials measuring 10⁷ - 10¹⁰ surface resistance. They're available in both Soft grade and Dura grade for heavier parts.

Our Soft grade, designed for lighter duty packaging applications, is available in thicknesses from .125-inch to 3-inches in sheet form, and can be fabricated to any shape. The Dura line, for heavier duty applications, is available in thicknesses from .125-inch to 1-inch and can be water-jet cut or die-cut to complex specifications. We can also laminate our ESD foams to make increased thicknesses.
